I have nothing particular to say today. I thought I would just ramble about nothing particular.
Erin brought home a paper on Tuesday from her teacher and it stated that they (school system) wants to test her for the gifted program. How amazing I thought. I filled out the paperwork and sent it in. I am not sure when they are doing the testing. I always knew she was smart, but never thought of her as being "gifted". I have not really said anything to her about it other than they are going to do some tests with her. She of course freaked out and wanted to know if she had to get a shot? How funny. I just dont want her to think something is wrong with her or anything if she does not make the gifted program. I am excited for her though. I will update you as soon as I know something.
Erin is also going through this phase of not wanting to take a bath at night. I dont know what is going on with that one??? I of course make her take a bath, but the whinning and tantrums have to go! She beggs me for her not to take a bath and beggs me to let her take it tomarrow and not today. I have tried everything from you stink, to you are going to get bugs if you dont take a bath. She still does not want to take one. Once she is in the bathtub she is fine, it is just getting her in there is what the problem is. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.
