Decorating

As the new year approaches we are out with the old and in with the new as they say. We are on our way to decorating the house room by room, as you have read we have already tackled our bathroom and on our way to Brittany's bathroom today. We are going to paint it pink and get new rugs and a shower curtain. She got these real cute towels for Christmas and that is what we are going by for the colors. I cant wait to get it done, I know it will be so cute.
After that is tackled I am heading to Badcock Furniture per the suggestion of my now diva husband, to look at there wall decorations and tables, living room suites and such. You know he has now turned into the HGTV man of the house. I am going to pick up stuff for the house he went by there yesterday with Dee and said they have alot of stuff like 75% off and I need to go get some stuff. So who be it to me to ask anymore questions I am off to shop. I am hoping by the end of my long weekend my house will start to look a whole lot different. I think we are rearranging our bedroom too by the request of Dee.
We had a great relaxing Christmas, I did not have to run all over creation or cook this big meal on Christmas day. I actually took a nap!!! I think that was the first year ever that I did not cook like a crazy woman and clean up all day it was so nice to just lay around and be lazy and watch Erin play with her stuff. Taelor even slept for like 2 hours. It was so nice.
Erin received her My Twinn doll from Santa and she loves it. She also received a trampoline from Santa and she has only been able to jump on it one day since Christmas because of the rain. She had a good Christmas and it is so much fun being able to set the stuff out and watch her face as she comes around the corner and sees her stuff. I need to enjoy it while I can. Oh, almost forgot. Let me tell you what Taelor did. When Taelor got here Erin was running around showing her what she got from Santa and Erin showed her the My Twinn doll and guess what Taelor said " Yeah, I seen it when it came in." I could have killed her. Erin just stood there for a minute and I played it off and then I looked at Taelor and said "Dumb Ass" Taelor did not even realize what she said she just kept looking at me like "What???" She finally realized and was real sorry. But, all I kept thinking was the cover was blown and this is the end. But all is well and Santa is still dancing around in her head as he should.
I am going now, I think I have typed out a book and your eyes are probably crossed due to all of the reading. Hope your day is colorful. I know mine will be Pink!!!!
