I think when you blog/twitter about what you have eaten makes you so much more accountable... Example: yesterday I had a rep. come by and bring 3 boxes of 2 bite cupcakes for the office. Well of course I left them in my office to see if I could resist I am so proud to say that I did. I did not eat any of them, not even 1. Yeah Me !!! I did Twitter about the darn things sitting in my office so that made me accountable... You know enquiring minds want to know if you ate any or not????? Of course they are still sitting in here, however I think I can fight the temptation and not eat any again today.
Last night we had salad, hot wings and cheese bread for supper. I ate the hot wings, salad and I have to admit I had a slice of the cheese bread... I should have resisted the cheese bread (CARBS) however I did not succeed on that challenge.
Hopefully I will be getting an exercise machine this weekend from Chance's granny (she does not use it) so then I can start putting some exercise into the lifestyle change as well.
I am also NOT getting on the scale for at least another week. I do believe that the darn thing has it out for me so I refuse to give it any gratitude either until I really feel I may have lost something.

My hubby thinks this (weight loss) will never work. See he is your typical man that will eat anything wants and not have a care in the world. I am hoping that once I loose some weight and sees a change he will eventually jump on the wagon as well. To be totally honest he could shed a few lbs. too :)
We also have our first all girls beach trip planned in April and I would love to go 20lbs thinner.
mmmmk, I guess I should stop now and get to work :(

you are doing so great! It's the little challenges that make you stronger like resisting the sweets at work. I have been saving a special treat for once a day like I eat REALLY good throughout the day so I can enjoy my spaghettie, salad and BREAD guilt free. Keep up the good work!t
You have the right idea. I went to the doctor today and gained back that lousy little one pound that I gained. I am going to sit down tonight and try to figure out what is holding me back. We can do it. If you want a weight loss buddy I will be glad to be that person. We can maybe get together and plan lunches that are healthy and make each other accountable. Let me know. I will see you tomorrow.
