Ok, Let me be totally honest.. My dieting has not been so good the past 2 days. I feel just awful about it. I have tried to stick to my guns and have just completely fell off the wagon the past 2 days. Pizza for lunch today and fried chicken for supper. I had Chinese for lunch yesterday and Chick-fil-A for supper. Just awful I tell you... I have reached a point in my life where having back boobies has became a way of life... I now have to try to find clothes to cover them up or make sure they are not showing. I have this mid-section that just wont go away. I have to say I thought I have always been a little - pudgy in the waist line, but here lately it is just pure embarrassing. I am now at a weight that I was when I went into the hospital to have my second child.. UGH!! What is up with that?? I guess hitting 30 is the problem... Your metabolism slowed down and things just don't work the way they once did.
I am trying not to call it a diet per say, but a life style change (thanks Teresa) however my lifestyle change has not been changing as well as hoped.
I refuse to buy any bigger clothing, I refuse to go to a large scrub top.... I better not get any candy for Valentines unless it is sugar free !!!!! That's okay right????
I just needed to vent a little.... Sorry !!!!

Girl don't feel bad. My weight loss isn't going so good either. Just gotta keep trying.
you are not alone, I screw up too but the good thing is you can start right back over, immediately! Hang in there!

For me it was turning 25... or getting married, that made me get married. One of the two, ha! :) It's not easy, but remember that tommorrow is another day for you to start fresh.
I have back boobs, too...I just never knew what they were called!!! Just try making one change each week. Like for the first week, cut out all non-water beverages. Then add something else the next week like: no fried foods. You won't see the results as fast, but it will be something that gradually happens and then you won't have to worry about what happens when you go off your "diet". Definitely start exercising! It helps with STRESS!!!
