Strong word these days. Although I have to admit that I do not know much about what is currently going on with our economy or can even begin to understand it all. I have to admit that all of this talk does scare me to death. You have to worry about keeping your gas tank full, because you may not be able to find a gas station that has gas the next day, you have the rising price of groceries, gas, well everything that you need to survive. Someone told me today that the price of a dang Chick-fil-a sandwich went up, I mean every time you turn around something else has increased. I can say this that everything has increased in $$$ however my paycheck remains the same, what gives?????
Everyone is talking about a recession and what not every time you turn on CNN or Glenn Beck or whoever it is you watch. I think my house has hit the great depression. We jumped the recession and went straight for the top "Depression". Today I went to the Internet and seen stock market people with there hands on there head and just this big headline about how much was lost today concerning the government taking over these banks and such. I do not understand a bit of it and wish someone could explain it all to me.
I can not go to the grocery store without spending $200.00 for about a week and 1/2 worth of food and necessities to run our household and I can tell you that the money I spend does not even buy meat, You know the good stuff, Chicken, Pork chops, all of my food that I buy is pre-made stuff, frozen Lasagna, and stuff like that. I just can not afford to spend $6.00 for 3 chicken breasts that would not even feed all of us. It is all just plain out crazy..... I know I can not be the only one in this boat right now that feels like it is sinking, however if you are doing good and can afford to buy pork chops, and chicken... You are the BOMB!!! Enjoy...

I know it is scary. I keep asking myself if my business is recession proof, and I just see how it can be, so I am waiting on the ball to drop. I think (and I am stupid) that some of this is political to scare us into coting democratic. Just my opinion. I know it's really bad though. Good thing is it has to go up at some point. We just haven't hit bottom yet. I can't imagine what your gas bill is every month with how much ya'll drive! We have to find the silver lining somewhere! Oh and about chicken, thighs are SUPER cheap and yummier and you can cook them any way you cook breasts. Buy them in large amounts and split up. CHEAP!
Things are pretty bleak at this time but they will get better. We just have to train our minds to live like poor people
