Majorette Drama!!

Update: I went up to the school today 4 times to be exact. By the 4th visit, I was finally able to talk to this woman that said all of this stuff to her last week. Oh, she started off the conversation like this " I know where Brittany gets all of her looks from" You know you are in the wrong when you start complementing me about my daughters looks! I know my daughter is cute, I dont need U telling me this stuff, trying to be nice. WHATEVER!! I asked her to tell me about the conversation that happened last week, she told it almost word for word from what Brittany said, she then apologized to me over and over again that she did not mean any harm by the conversation and that she was so sorry.
I then asked her where she got her information from??? She said a parent. I have come to realize that this information did not come from Savannah or anything to do with her (this is the girl Brittany was suppose to have been saying bad stuff about on her myspace) because she kept calling the girl Samantha! I finally corrected her on the girls name, anyho- I of course told her that she is to contact me personally about anything to do with Brittany. I made her get my number right then. I then told her that as a teacher she should know better than to take another parents information for what they say without contacting me since my child seemed to be the center of attention.
LONG story short: I know for a fact that we have a PSYCHO majorette mom on the team, see the girl that is the so called captain- her mom is PSYCHO and she is apparently the one that is saying all of this. How do I know you ask???? Her mother has made it very clear that she was captain and that she was to be solo twirler and she was going to have some songs where she twirls and she will twirl by herself. It was said to 2 of the other majorette moms about a week ago that the band director was going to make Brittany co-captain. Well what do you know that announcement never came. I never told Brittany because I wanted her to be surprised. So I am sure that this other mother made wind of this information and decided to put a stop to it. Why? Because it would take some of the spot light off of her own daughter.
I told the sponsor today that it is normal to deal with teenagers and there drama, but it is pretty sad that we also have to deal with parents that wasnt to act like teenagers and make crap up!
Lets just wrap it all up by saying that the rest of the evening during there show tonight that the sponsor and the PSYCHO mom were practically glued at the hip, so we all know what has happened.
Brittany does not understand why I am still so upset, I just hate that she will now probably not get to be co-captain because of all this crap. Chance said tonight that she WILL become co-captain!!!
I will let you know if she does or not, I just do not believe that all of this is completely over.
