Tierd, Sleepy, Doppy, Doc, ect.

I am so tired and exhausted. I am at a point in my life I think where I am either going through some sort of menopause or I am loosing my mind. I am unable to handle the heat, I can not sleep at night. I am only 32 (I think) and I think I am too young to be going through this, IDK- I am just tired and am in need of some sleep and AC (like around 60 degrees).
I have tried some OTC sleeping meds. However I have noticed when I take it I have a headache when I wake up in the morning. I lived off of goody powders for about a week in the morning due to the headaches and that cant be good for your stomach I would think. So I stoped them and have tried to just go to sleep the natural way, (counting sheep) but it is not working.
Anyho, It is Thursday and I have only one more work day. We are making our to do lists for the pool party on Saturday for Erins softball friends. You know the usual, cut the grass, clean the pool, buy the food, ect. I think we will have a good turn out more than half of the team is saying they are coming so I think it will turn out good. It is to be like 95 degrees so IDK if I will be the best hostess due to the hot factor, but I will do my best and grin and smile through it even if it kills me. Some of the moms last night were asking me if I was wearing my swim suit on Saturday and I said "yes" I dont have any shame in my game, it is to be like 100 degrees and I dont care about looking cute. I told them ya'll can burn up and look cute if you want, but I will be in my swim suit w/cover up of course, now did you really think I would be out there without some sort of coverage???? Get real, I might be a little bold ,but not that much =)
Ok, I am going to go see how many cups of coffee it takes to wake up or either get one heck of a caffeine rush - 2, 4, 8 ???
