Today was a long day. We took Erin to school and Brittany and I started shopping. We left the house at 7:45 and did not get home until after 4pm. We headed to Target first to get Easter stuff and the rest is a blurr after that. We did eat at Olive Garden and that was very good. Chance will not eat there with me, he says he does not like Italian. I have the kids Easter done. Brittany was with me so she picked it all out even down to all of HER candy. Speaking of Easter, Dee and I where talking the other night about how we leave the baskets out or if we hide them and what knot. Dee said she just leaves hers out and was going to write a letter from the Easter bunny telling her that she has a special surprise and she has to go find it somewhere in the house. It just got me thinking of peoples traditions on certain holidays, Easter, Christmas, ect. So if you can send me a comment and let me know what you do. Do your kids know the Easter bunny is not real? Do you hide your baskets or just leave them out in plain sight? Just wondering?
Erin has her dentist appt. tomorrow at 10:00 so you guys be thinking of her. I hope she does okay.
Chance has yet another box at the front door when we got home today. Some part for that crazy Jeep of his. He is even taking off tomorrow so he can work on it. I think he will be lost once he is finished, he wont know what to do with himself. Or then again are they ever done????
I am going to go now, Erin has softball practice tonight so I need to feed these kids and get her ready to go.
Hope your day was productive!!!!

I like the new look , cute! Oh and I have NEVER heard of hiding the easter basket? I think that what happened is one year your mom and jim forgot to get you a basket, so they told you to look for it, it was "hiding", then really quick like Jim went to the zippy mart to get you some smarties and a cadbury egg. Thus started the tradition of "hiding" the easter bassket!!! :)
I don't hide the baskets. I just put them on the coffee table and say there is yall's baskets. I don't know if the kids know there is a "real" Easter Bunny. They know the scary bunny with the big head in the mall. How scarey is he anyways. I think my child would think that was Ghetto, hiding baskets!!!!!
